The terms of use (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") for REKITEE ONLINE STORE (hereinafter referred to as "this site") operated by GUEST CULTURE Inc. Article 9 Purchase of Products

Article 14 Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

1. The User hereby promises to the Company the following items:
(1) You are not a member or affiliate of an organized crime group, an organized crime-related company, a corporate racketeer, or any other person equivalent thereto (hereinafter referred to as an "anti-social force").
(2) You will not use the Service in order to allow antisocial forces to use your name or for the benefit of antisocial forces.
(3) You will not, either by yourself or through a third party, use threatening words or actions or violence against the Company, or use fraudulent means or power to disrupt the Company's business or damage its credibility.

2. If a user violates the preceding paragraph, our company may cancel the user's membership registration, terminate the contract, or take other measures specified in these Terms and Conditions without any notice or warning to the user.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred as a result of the measures set forth in the preceding paragraph, including compensation for damages, etc. Furthermore, the User shall compensate the Company for any damages, etc. incurred as a result of the User's violation of paragraph 1.

Article 15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms and Conditions and any guidelines applicable to the Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service (including arbitration procedures in court) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
